pull: return 255 value on update failure (

Before this patch hg pull -u on UpdateAbort error returned
0 value to the system. This patch fixes this by reraising
UpdateAbort with updated error msg.
filemerge: remove leading space from " no tool found..."
I could not find or see a reason for the unusual formatting. The lines
following it in the test cases are not indented.
