hook: use 'htype' in 'runhooks'

hook: use 'htype' in 'runhooks'

Same rational as for '_pythonhook', 'htype' is more accurate and less error
prone. We just fixed an error from the 'name'/'hname' confusion and this should
prevent them in the future.
