largefiles: test "lfconvert --to-normal" with rename/remove/merge stable

largefiles: test "lfconvert --to-normal" with rename/remove/merge

This gets us very close to full test coverage of lfconvert. The only
features not tested are:
- .hgtags conversion
- abort when largefile becomes symlink
