match: drop optimization (?) of 'parentdirs' calculation

match: drop optimization (?) of 'parentdirs' calculation

It seems unlikely that the optimization to avoid calling util.finddirs
twice will be noticeable, so let's drop it. This makes the two
conditions for includes and regular patterns more similar.
