debugtagscache: verify that filenode is correct

debugtagscache: verify that filenode is correct

Previous patch from Matt demonstrates that `debugtagscache` does not warn about
filenode being unknown which can be caused by a corrupted cache.

We start by showing that it's an unknown node.
