jsonchangeset: set manifest node to "null" for workingctx

jsonchangeset: set manifest node to "null" for workingctx

Unlike changeset_printer, it does not hide the manifest field because JSON
output will be parsed by machine where explicit "null" will be more useful
than nothing.
