client: refactor opening of the cmd server to an open method so we can create instances of hgclient without automatically opening a command server (needed for clone/init).

python-hglib

python-hglib is a library with a fast, convenient interface to Mercurial.
It uses Mercurial's command server for communication with hg.

Installation is standard:

  $ python setup.py install
