relations version changesets.

:obsolete:     a changeset that has been replaced by another one.

:suspended:    an obsolete changeset with unstable descendants.
:extinct:      an obsolete changeset without unstable descendants.
               (subject to garbage collection)

Another name for unstable could be out of sync.
