scmutil: rename resolvepartialhexnodeid() to resolvehexnodeidprefix() I'm going to wrap revlog.shortest() in scmutil. I plan on calling it shortesthexnodeidprefix(). resolvehexnodeidprefix() matches that better. Also, "prefix" carries more information than "partial".
